The Timberwolves Earn Two MCCAA All-Northern Conference Honors at First Ever Home Cross Country Meet
Alanson, MI – The Women’s Cross Country Team competed in the first ever North Central Michigan College hosted meet, taking place at Camp Petosega in Alanson, MI. This was the MCCAA Northern Conference Championship Meet; all teams from the North conference participated. The competition was loaded with talent, as Muskegon CC ranked 4th nationally, and Montcalm CC ranked 25th nationally, according to the NJCAA DII Cross Country Poll, coming into meet day.
The Timberwolves had two runners earn MCCAA All-Northern Conference honors - Kendra Couturier (Lake Leelanau/Lake Leelanau St. Mary), and Sydney Feagan (Harbor Springs/St. Michael's Academy). Two out of the five NCMC Women’s Cross Country runners placed Personal Records (PRs) today.
