The Timberwolves drop Three Straight to #14 Ranked Grand Rapids Community College on Sophomore Night
Petoskey, MI - Coming into the Timberwolves' (14-11, 5-6) last home volleyball game, they were set to face nationally ranked, #14 Grand Rapids Community College (15-2, 8-0) who have won 13 stright games. This was NCMC's Sophomore night - their sophomore's last ever home volleyball game.
Match vs. GRCC
The first set was tightly contested. It was back and forth through the first 15 points. GRCC went on a mini-run to end, winning set one, 25-20. Set two was more of the same, with the Raiders taking it 25-19. The Timberwolves were worn down by set three, with the Raiders taking it 25-16, to complete the 3-0 sweep.
